Tina Palazzo has been practicing law in New York City since 1994. Her legal practice focuses on all aspects of real estate, including residential and commercial purchases, sales and leasing. Her clients range from the first-time home buyer to the savvy real estate investor, estates, managing agents, co-op and condo boards.

Tina has acted as transfer agent for dozens of co-ops and as counsel for co-ops and condos in New York. She is experienced in corporate formation and in counseling those entities, especially when related to real estate matters. She is also experienced in 1031 like-kind tax-deferred exchanges.
